Book - views

I told some people that I was looking into doing some leatherwork, and a friend of mine commented "So we should expect to see some exquisitely detailed and very tiny leather items soon?"
I had originally intended on working on large projects such as belts and bracers, but once she'd said it it just had to be done.

So here is a tiny book. I've been meaning to make a small book with that story in it for a long time, because I love that story, but I decided to make it leather bound. This is the result.
It's not, in fact, what I would call exquisitely detailed, but I'm happy with it for a first try. I intend to put a jump-ring on it and hang it off a necklace at some stage.
