You were my first friend on dA. I'm pretty sure I met you on the 'welcome to dA' forum, but it was so long ago I can't remember for sure!

b) associate you with something - fandom, a song, a colour, a photo, etc.,
I associate you with a stained glass window in really rich, vivid colours. I don't know why!

c) tell you something I like about you,
I love how helpful you are to my art. You've given me so many suggestions over the years, and you're part of the reason my art has improved so much since I joined this site. Thanks for all the help and encouragement!

d) tell you a memory I have of you,
Learning all about Medina. I can't even remember what my original question was, but it was fascinating to read so much detail on your background. I never really stop to think about where other people on the internet live!

e) ask something I've always wanted to know about you,
Have you ever met anyone you knew only from dA in real life? What would you do if someone came up to you in a shop or something and said "Hi, I'm <insert username here>, you must be Flydian the Destroyer?"

f) tell you my favorite pic of yours,
I have to say it's your Orc Berserker, because it was the first picture of yours that I saw, and because when you went back to it later on it looked really good with the stronger lines and darker shadows and stuff. You've done some amazing stuff recently, but I love things where you can actually see people improving!

I don't remember how I first found your dA account, but I liked your stuff, so I kept coming back!

I like your art; your use of bright colours and bold shapes, the way you portray the emotions and moods of your characters, the way you tell your stories. I especially like the way you make me feel so hopeful; like things can't be all that bad, both through your art and when I talk to you.

I remember when I went to your main page and saw you had me in the 'friends' section of your journal. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy! (Yes, I'm pathetically easy to please!)

How do you feel about the new gallery system? Do you use the 'featured deviations' etc?

I think the new gallery system is definetly a step in the right direction. They finally made galleries more searchable and navigateable with folders, and I do use the "featured" tool. But I think the featured page should have a little more...character. Sometimes I'll go to a deviant's gallery and think they only have a few deviations when really that's their feature page. While I do like the system, I think there are some places that could still use some improvement.
